Shipping Terms & Conditions

Orders will usually ship within 2-3 business days. Orders placed on Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Holidays are not processed until the following business day.

An automated e-mail will be sent when your order is shipped and your funds are captured. If we do not have a product in stock, you will receive an email with any backorder or cancellation information.

FREE Standard Shipping within Contiguous US

Standard (Ground) shipping via UPS ground is available within the Contiguous United States. Actual shipping time is 3-5 business days. UPS does not deliver to Post Office Boxes. Saturday delivery is available at your expense.

Any orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii or Puerto Rico will be $22.00 per pair. Military addresses are charged an additional $14.00 per pair for USPS freight charges. Delivery confirmation is available to the BASE site for APO and FPO addresses. Military addresses will be shipped the following business day via USPS with a signature delivery confirmation.

Special Shipment Orders, Such As Next Day or 2nd Day, Will Be At Customer’s Expense and need to be placed through this toll free number 877-753-2426.

CANADIAN AND INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Orders shipping to Canada must be placed through Lauren Clerc or call toll free 877-753-2426. Orders will be shipped via UPS ground service. You will be responsible for all freight charges, as well as additional duty, brokerage and GST charges. UPS will require payment for these charges when they deliver the package. For further information about how to pay these charges, please contact UPS directly. Canadian credit cards will be charged in Canadian dollars.
